Golf Platja de Pals

The Platja de Pals golf course, located on the farmland of Arenals de Mar, has an extraordinary landscape with its location on coastal dunes maintained by the planting of pine trees at the beginning of the 20th century. The first holes on the first Costa Brava golf course were inaugurated in the summer of 1966, and soon after, in 1968 the extension of the course was undertaken with nine holes more until the 18 regulation holes stipulation was fulfilled and the new regulation course was inaugurated in 1970. The course is also close to the sea which lies some 500 metres away. Today this gently landscaped course boasts an extensive pine wood with trees of over a hundred years old.

Thanks to its well-planned design and construction the course is considered today as one of the finest golf courses in Spain, and has been the venue of numerous international competitions.

There is a practice course with 22 places available, 8 of which are from mats.

The pro-shop sells diverse items of golfing equipment and accessories. Golf Platja de Pals offers its clients the chance to rent different types of golfing equipment: cars, motorbikes, manual carts, lockers and changing rooms at your disposition.

The golf school is aimed at those who wish to begin golf and for those who already play. Basic concepts of the swing, short play and putting are taught, together with rules of etiquette, behaviour on the course and the origin of the game.

Inside the welcoming clubhouse you will find a snack bar service and restaurant with a magnificent outdoor terrace located in front of holes 9 and 10, with a splendid, relaxing view of the golf course. Our Mediterranean and local cuisine will enchant you with the highest quality produce.
