Costa Esuri Golf Club West Course

Costa Esuri Golf Club with 36 holes opened in December 2006 and located in the town of Ayamonte in Huelva is the latest incorporation to the Golf offering on the Costa de la Luz.

The absence of houses between the fairways, its marvelous position next to the river Guadiana giving a spectacular view of Portugal and the river mouth, combined with the short distance to the beach and all the amenities and complementary offer of the Resort make this club a golfer’s paradise.

Costa Esuri is a resort like few others in Spain. The good integration of the surroundings in the course as well as the clear differences between courses offer golfers the possibility of playing on two completely different courses located within the same complex.

Both courses, East and West, have been designed to challenge golfers of all levels. From its links-style holes to holes between valleys and woodland, not forgetting the marshes, lakes and the river Guadiana that protects some greens and fairways.

The West Course is located on the East bank of the river Guadiana, in a privileged setting with an area of more than 80 hectares. It is a long course, over 6,600 metres in length, with a similar design to British links courses, with wide fairways, fast greens and exquisite shaping, and with spectacular views of the Guadiana and of Portugal.

Both courses are set out in a landscape noted for its high aesthetic quality, its respect for the natural contours of the property and its care for the environment.

Facilities at Costa Esuri Golf Club includes a Clubhouse with Cafeteria, Pro Shop and Changing rooms. Rental buggies and trolleys are available. The practice area has a driving range, putting green, approach green and Golf Academy.
